Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| Orders
cancelled within 24 hours of order placement incurs no charges. |
| Orders
cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment will be charged a $25 order
cancellation fee. |
| Orders
cancelled after product is shipped will be subject to shipping charge both ways plus a 20% restock fee. There is never a refund on custom framing. |
| Refunds
are never applicable to secondary market orders or orders for original oils where we act as a broker only. |

| The purchaser
must pay return freight and insurance. Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be customer’s responsibility. |
Custom framing orders from our frame shop is a service provided at the customers request and customers risk. Because custom framing is so personalized we cannot offer refunds on custom framing. We will refund for prints or canvas only less the restock fee when warranted. Limited edition prints and canvas must be received in excellent condition and properly packed in order to receive a refund. For your protection, we recommend you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of returns. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition.
