availability of the item.

Due to the nature of limited edition art The Online Art Mall does not guarantee the availability of any items that are listed. Prints may sell out at the publisher.

Prices are subject to change without notice based upon the availability and demand for a specific item. The price you will be charged is the price on the day you submit your order.  All orders accepted via online credit card will be at posted prices. Order changes due to customer request
may receive additional changes.

We will contact you via email to confirm that your order is available and has been shipped. Online Art Mall uses Fedex, UPS and USPS to ship in most cases. Your tracking number will  be emailed to you. The link with your tracking number that you receive will connect you with our secure online Tracking System which will allow you to watch the progress of your package until it is delivered.

Online Art Mall will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Special delivery requests, (next day air, 2 day air, etc.) are at the risk of the customer and are not guaranteed by Online Art Mall.

If your package is received damaged, please contact Online Art Mall
immediately upon arrival of the damage package. We will instruct you on
the procedure to replace and return the damaged package.
